Impressive Results from Larder Lake
Results include the intercept in hole #35 which contains the hightest single gold value encountered to date at Bear Lake (163.5 g/t Au over 0.5 m)

Three Drills Working at Larder Lake
Maximus has started a 43,000 m drilling program at Larder Lake to aggressively follow-up on the impressive intercepts.

Hope Bay and Unity Projects
Maximus is planning to resume drilling at the Hope Bay project and will start surface drilling at the Unity mine in spring 2008.

Previous Exploration Success
President & CEO, Francois Viens and Chairman, David Fennell were involved in the discovery of the Hope Bay project in Nunavut, the Camp Caiman project in French Guiana as well as the Rosebel mine in Guyana and the Omai mine in Suriname. Vice-President of Exploration, Bernard Boily was Senior Geologist with Inmet Mining and directly involved in the discovery of the Troilus Mine in northern Quebec.
